We love our community, and our goal is reach as many people as we can!  Doing these Lunch and Learns is one of the ways we reach the people in our near by communities.

 After you submit your information, we will contact you within 24 hours. Once we confirmed a date and time that works for your work team, we will order lunch for everyone from the restaurant you saw our raffle box. We will bring the food to your place of business, and Dr. Erick will give a brief presentation about decreasing stress and the healing process.

It all takes about 10 minutes. 

 

(We find that Tuesdays and Fridays are the easiest for us to schedule, but we will do our best to accommodate your busy schedule!)
